*Cohabitants are defined as "a person with whom you share bonds of affection, obligation, or other commitment, as opposed to a person you live with for convenience (i.e. roommate, brother, sister, etc)". In other words, the second adult on the membership MUST be a spouse, partner, girlfriend/boyfriend that lives in the same household as the primary member.
